Hi guys,

I have lost 35.8 pounds so far but OMG do I need toning. Can anyone recommend a great (easy) DVD for dimpled thighs and butts? What about abs? I have arthritis in my neck and believe it or not crunches are so hard for me. Any ideas? It has to be easy otherwise my lazy self won't do it. Tried one last night but the "dance" routines aren't for me. I was so lost.

Congrats on your weight loss!! Looking to follow in your footsteps.....

Have you researched either Balance Ball or Yoga. I have arthritis along with back issues and the Balance Ball really takes pressure off.

How about Mari Winsor Pilates tapes? They have modification which address neck and back issues?

While you are awaiting a video....

might I recommend....plies...done properly--and with sucking in your tummy..you will be in the beginning stages of toning.
