Anybody that plays soccer can use the fonts in my signature if they want.

On the community board, they were trying to have a thread last for a year. well, this doesn't have to last for a long time (and I know this doesn't have to do with disney, but not much here is anymore -j/k) but anybody that plays a sport or intrument can come here and just say something about an upcoming game or meet or practice, or talk about their expeirence, or get advice. I don't want to get this kicked off, but I know that some people like to talk others with the same interests, so if you like sports, you know everyone love Disney!!

I play the clarinet... just got back from band camp. We get to play at a televised football game in 3 weeks between our school and the rival high school! It's gonna be at the Columbus Crew Stadium (Major League soccer team for anyone who doesn't know) so there's gonna be like a whole lot of people there too.:D

Well I play field hocey in the fall (like Meg :D ) and lacrosse in the spring. Then in the winter I volunteer at a hospital...my schedule's kinda "unique" but anyone else play lax or field hockey? I used to play soccer, but I got too busy so I stopped. Oh and does anyone else play tennis?

I feel like I'm the ONLY ONE whose not in a band here... :( hehe jk:D

My school doesn't have a band or anything like that. We have a really good vocal jazz group, but my school is mainly a "jock school."

hey don't worry! I don't play an instrument either! I used to play violin, but quit when I was in 5th grade! lol! Ummm, well I'm not doing a fall sport cuz of my back, but I might be in the fall play. (otherwise I'd be in swimming) I go to Disney in 79 days! Sorry, had to get that in! And right after I get back, basketball starts. Once basketball is over, there's about a week or 2 before track starts!

I play softball in the spring and summer and I bowl in the fall and winter. I practice softball in fall and winter and I practice bowling in spring and summer so I do both sports all year round! And I used to play the flute but I quit when I came to high school because our marching band director is really nasty and I know he's made many people cry before!

I'm going on a horseriding holiday in a week Tinkerbelle, I've never done it before in my life, and I'm terrified. Any tips would be appreciated. :D

Hmmm........and now on to my music. I'll try and keep this as brief as possible :)

My theory exam results were meant to come about a week ago, but still haven't arrived yet. This test decides whether or not I can study music at college, so I'm getting pretty worried now :(

There's a jazz festival every year in my town, and my band were meant to be playing (just a small gig mind you), but our wonderful singer got a cold, and now we're left waiting another year for our big break :rolleyes:

Speaking of college, I'm getting incredibly nervous about studying music now. I pretty much bluffed my way through high school music, just using what I already knew. But college is going to be much more difficult, and I'm not sure if I'll manage. Oh well, I'll worry about it when it happens.

Well we started bowling for our Saturday morning league about 3 weeks ago. The school season doesn't start until the end of November, but I can't wait!!

I play street hockey with my friends and siblings, and I don't play an instrument, but I sing in Women's Ensemble at my school.

I don't play any sports, but it's still marching band season!:D And I'm gonna be a mat stat (for wrestling) if I'm allowed (The meetings are from 3-4 and band is until 3:30, so I can only go to half of the meetings). I was one last year and it's really fun... and there are a lot of really HOT wrestlers at my school! hehehe:D

I've been playing field hockey this season and it ends at the end of October/beginning of November- we're 1-1 so far in league games- lost one today... :( but the refees were really bad so it wasn't all our fault! :)

<font color=blueviolet size=4>My last regular season field hockey game was yesterday afternoon... AND I SCORED A GOAL! (my first) :) YAY!! :) That may have been my final game till next year, unless they need me on the 1st team (I was the captain of the 2nd team that wasn't eligible for the playoffs) for playoffs. Our team only got to play 3 games, & we lost the first game cuz it was everyone's very first game (except for me) & we didn't have experience, & we lost the second game b/c we were playing against a private school that practices for like 3 hours a day 6 days a week.... :rolleyes: Anyways, we won the game yesterday 3-1... my goal was the very first for our team! :) yay! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I'm starting indoor soccer in November also, which i've never played... I've heard from some of my friends that it's pretty rough... but I can handle it... hehehehe :)

Well, my town soccer team is 3-1-0. umm, umm, umm, I forgot what I was going to say. Oh! I've always wanted to play indoor soccer. You get to wear neato shoes. :D

I play the flute in band. I've always wanted to play a brass instrument (actually, I want to learn how to play every instrument include the violin, harp, cello, guitar, and like the bass violin thing thats really big) so I could play in one of those quartet things in WDW. I can also play the piano, and some simple harmonica songs.

When I was in elementary school, we used to play street hockey and soccer, but now our neighborhood is over run by little kids!! AHH!! hehe. I wish I was more outgoing so I could ask their parents if I could baby-sit them.

Let me see, we closed out pool so no more swimming, and I might do track at my school. That pretty much sums up what I do. :)

How do you all like my new dollie in my sig.? I asked this girl to make me a soccer doll, but she couldn't do it, so she just made a doll with a lime green tank top, low tommy hilfiger shorts, and this big bright shoes that were supposed to be cleats. I changed it so it would sort of look like me and I added the text and soccer ball.

It took me forever to upload it!! I thought I would never be able to do it! :)

I don't play in a band. I am a singer and I play the piano a little bit. I to play the violin but stopped after the I keep getting head aches. I like to play the guitar though. I use to play soccer now i am a cheerleader at the local high school!

I'm doing music at college, and its going great. Everyone else there seems to be several years older than me, and a child prodigy. :rolleyes: I'm waaaaay behind everyone else in everything, but its ok, because everyone's really nice and helping me out.

I got kicked out of orchestra though, because it was too big, and the last to join had to be the first to leave :( . I'm a member of loads of other ensembles though, which is pretty cool. The music department's going to Spain in February, I can't wait :D .

I've got a new flute teacher, and I really hate her. She's soooo strict :eek: . Oh well, apparently she gets good results.

Oh yeah, and I really like this guy in my music class, but don't tell anyone, its a secret

hehe...i hate strict peole they r so boring! Our choral program at my high school goes all over they world to perform. It i pretty cool! We r going to Disney in January to sing. I went a few years ago too. We might be going to the Biltmore House in Ashville to sing in there Christms Graden and then we will go t Europe.

What instruments do you wish that you could play? I already listed them in another reply, but I was just wondering (for the people that do play one) instrument you play, why you picked it, and what do you wish you could play now?

I play the flute in band. I play the clarinet. When I started in 5th grade I planned on switching to sax in jr. high, but I never did and now I don't want to. I'm really good at the clarinet and I'm afraid I'll be really bad at sax.:rolleyes: Oh yeah and my mom gave me piano lessons for like 5 years when I was little but I forget most of what I learned. I want to learn how to play the trumpet... and the drums! Drums are so cool! One of my friends plays snare and I know our drumline captain who plays tenors (quads) and it looks like so much fun! And I wanna learn how to play guitar too. My friends and I want to start a band but we don't know how to play guitar or bass or drums or anything so we should probably learn.:D
