Captain Memo at clearwater anybody been there done it ??

Hi,
We are going to orlando and wanted a break from the parks we were considering doing the captain Memo cruise for dolphin spotting at Clearwater has anybody done this trip and if yes did you see the dolphins or was it more about the pirate party on board ??

cant help with captain memo but we did the dolphin encounter and the clearwater screamer which were right next to the captain memo boat,both trips were very enjoyable especially the screamer (which is the worlds largest speedboat) on both trips we encountered dolphins playing alonside the boats,but on the screamer they were jumping behind the wake at full speed ,which was brilliant :cool1: :moped:

I can sort of help!

I haven't done this but spent a week in Clearwater and the cruise went right past our hotel several times a day. Everyone seemed to be having a good time; I think there was drink / loud? music and a party atmosphere from what I could tell.

I think the screamer sounds great but is it suitable for little children mine are 6,4&2 . I have not heard much about this is there a website for it ??

Yes i think children of that age would love it mine were 7 & 9 and they had a great time on The Seascreamer mind you when we went it was the 1st week in November so it was quiet only about 15 people on it,so we kept moving around and changing seats,the Dolphins were fantastic there were 4 dolphins at once jumping behind us at one point,it was lovely to see them in their natural enviroment :cloud9: :sunny:
Mind you the guy that drives the boat thinks he's Mr Supercool :sad2:
