Planning a Surprise wedding....

I am going on a family vacation in May of this year...My fiance and I are trying to plan a surprise wedding. We are not telling anyone about our plans to marry and now we are trying to plan a small intimate wedding with just our family (12 people including our children).

My dilema is that we have looked into intimate weddings @ disney but we are over the amount of people alowed for an intimate wedding. We don't want anything to elaborate or to spendy seeing as how we are already spending a great deal on our vacation. However we still want the experience of a Disney wedding. Any suggestions, please help!!!

Depending on how old your kids are, they won't count towards your guest count (kids under 10 are not included in the guest count) for an intimate wedding. I believe that you can have an intimate wedding with up to 13 guests, but for guest numbers 9-13 you have to pay $100 for.

i read here before on a post that if you have disney hotel reservations you can do an add on wedding (not sure if this was for an intimate or vow renewal though) i believe the post said just the basic add on wedding for like $1200. do a search on the forum for wedding add on or ask when you call ftw for specifics, etc. they should know.

otherwise hopefully one of the other wonderful brides/grooms/or b2b/g2b at the dis wedding & honeymoon board will know.

An add-on Intimate Disney Wedding is $2350. That is what my DH2B and I are planning for this May. I LOVE the surprise idea. That is so creative. I think I saw a celebrity couple on one of those wedding shows do something like that, but had the wedding during what was suppose to be their rehearsal. That is just too cute. I hope ya'll have fun!

Even with the intimate add-on there is a guest limit. I had the intimate add-on as well.
