I have booked an RV site for our parents to stay with their RV for our trip in Dec. and a thought just occured to me.

Since they won't be opening any WDW rooms, will they still get keys?
How will they be designated as staying on WDW property? Especially if you need to show your key for the EM nights/days??

I called Disney, but the CM didn't know. She actually said no one's ever asked that question before, but she is sure they will give you something.

So I figured everyone here will know!! Thanks all!

All registered members of the camping party are issued "keys to the Kingdom" for ID purpsoses and charging if desired. You will need the key for reentering the campground by car.

Have a great trip

Yes, everyone registered in your party will receive a card. These are also used at the comfort stations which are (if I remember correctly) locked from midnight to 6:00 am.

When you receive your Keys to the World, you will have an option to use it for charging purposes back to your "room"/campsite. If you purchase tickets at check-in, they will also "load" those onto your card.

You need to think of your campsite as a "room" -- that is how they are treated at Ft. Wilderness.

That's the way it was when we were camping in 2003. Then our receipt was on our windshield on check out day.
