I don't know how many Treasuresurfers are still out there and forgive me if you all already knew this!

I had almost totally given up on this one recently and stopped doing it for awhile but got back on Tuesday and found the Surfing for .01 a search. Now that in itself isn't much except the searching was unlimited and I could search while I was doing other things and you didn't have to click on any of the sites that came up for each search.

Dah! I figured out last night that if you enter search words in the search line next to the search box above all their pre-entered search words you get .02 per search (use main search window)!!!!! I did not get the .02 but only .01 if I entered my search word(s) in the pop-up search window lines! If you just click on their search words it's .01 a search! You can get .02 for entering plurals for words and for adding "ing" etc.

I'm loving this new search thing! Sure beats 3 cents a day. Can you only search every 24 hours, like it was before? I couldn't find anything about that.

Since the write-ups on the screen are all wrong about how many searches a day etc. I have been 'blindly' searching away each day since Tuesday. I've done anywhere from 50 to several hundred searches every 24 hours.

The pessimist in me says the whole system is actually malfunctioning and they will yank my points away! I went in and looked at my account earlier today and although my total earned showed the .02 for the more recent searches the account transactions hadn't caught up and didn't show that yet. The whole .02 thing was very addictive but I had to stop and get some work done around the house!

Maybe they're "break" testing their search software or attempting to bring back people to the site.

Oh well! The worst that happens is that I lost a little time this weekend!

I got well over $.60 today, way better than the $.03 we've been getting the last month. At this rate, I'll be able to cash out $20 once a month!! I am so happy that I kept up with this program. I almost gave it up!!:D :D :D

I hate to tell you, but the new cashout level is $25. :(

I believe there is a message right on the search page about only doing 10 searches a day until the new system is worked out. It might not be a good idea to spend a lot of time doing a bunch of searches just in case they enforce the limit.

BASHFULL IS RIGHT!! there is a note on the search page below where you type the word stating 10 searches a day! (I had not noticed this either.) There also was a warning when you read the terms and conditions that if system was abused points could be revoked. Be carefull!
