Vero or HHI in February - what's the weather like?

Has anyone been to Vero or Hilton Head in February? What's the weather like? I'm thinking of booking something for my hubby's birthday, but want to know what the weather is like. Is Hilton Head cold in Feb? or is the weather pleasant? HHI is easier for us to get to, we can drive it. But if it's cold, I'll book Vero.

Any advice?

No one can guarantee the weather but Vero should be substantially warmer than HHI. Vero is even warmer than Orlando in the winter as it is into the more tropical area of Florida. It is still possible to get some cold weather but it usually only last for a day or two.

The safer bet is easily Vero Beach. HH has very erratic weather at that time of year. It doesn't mean you won't have a good time, just that it may not necessarily be at the beach. Good luck with your planning.
