What is the per point maint fee charge at the WLV?????

Balou, I assume you mean the annual dues. That's what Garrett has given you. This includes Operating (Maintenance), Capital and Real Estate Taxes.

Here are all the 2001 dues (rounded).

OKW = $3.13
BWV = $3.83
HH = $3.32
Vero= $3.97
VWL = $3.63

I could be wrong , but I beleive all quoted dues from Disney do not include Real Estate Taxes. I don't beleive they can add them into the dues. I may be wrong.

Why do you think VWL are cheaper than BWV? I guess that means BCV are going to be even worse.

The dues include an estimated Property Tax. When the actual bill is sent the adjustment is made for the estimate against the actual. For example, dues that were paid January 2000 included an estimate for 2000 Property Tax. Dues that were paid January 2001 included an estimated 2002 Property Tax and an adjustment for the actual 2000 Property Tax. The per point prices quoted are prior to the adjustment.

The 2001 dues for OKW are broken out as follows:
Operating - $2.0649
Capital - $.3466
Property Tax - $.7157
$3.1272 per point (rounded to $3.13)
