Canadian DVC question

Hi my wife and I reside in Canada and are wondering about buying a DVC membership but can't decide between resale or direct as Disney is conveiniant for financing. I have looked at some resale stuff but can't find any info on financing for Canadians. Any and all info would be appreciated

The resale companies can direct you to some finance options, but they are not bargains. You can likely find something better right at home by making a few calls.

Resale financing is no different regardless where you live. If you can secure a home equity loan, you can usually do much better than any other source. I was able to find a local bank willing to provide competitve financing for a resale, but I did have to do some research.

DVC financing is certainly an attractive way to go.
