It's almost a new month and the January challenge went so well, I thought we could keep the accountability going for February.

If someone would like to volunteer to keep track of everyone's progress that's fine. I'm sorry but I know I won't have time to keep up with everyone's stats. Or we could each post to this thread each week and keep track of own progress.

If any WISHers want to sign up, please feel free and I'll list everyone's name on this post so we can keep track of who is participating. Again, this challenge really helped me in January and several other WISHers have said the same thing. So ladies and gents, let's Lose 5 Pounds in February!

I want to join in again also! Who did the little "5" in January icon? Is there a way to just change the word January to February? I liked that icon so much, it constantly reminded me of my goal for the month.

While I just started posting again today I did lose 5 pounds in January! So I'd love to continue, count me in! My other goal is to lose 7 by my b-day March 9th, so this will help me on my way there!

Sorry I haven't been around today to make the list guys. It's nice to see so many WISHers interested in signing up for February.

Good Ol Gal - thanks so much for volunteering to take the reigns from me. I think I was a poor challenger organizer for the January thread and just couldn't keep up with everyone's progress in a timely enough fashion. You can keep track anyway you like. What might be best is to start a fresh thread so that you can have edit and control rights to update everyone's stats. You could do that once we have all the participants together on this thread, is that okay with you? By tomorrow, I will gather all the names in my first post so it's easy for you to take over. If not, and you want to do this another way, whatever will work for you is fine by me. What I did last month was keep going back into my first post and editing it by updating everyone's stats as they checked in.

For those that have asked how this challenge works. It's simple. Record your starting weight and for the next 4 weeks, you can post as often as you weigh yourself (I weight once per week) with whatever you have lost. If the first week in February you lose 1 pound then you would be 1/5. If you lose 2 pounds the second week you would come in and tell us marking your progress in your post as 3/5 pounds. Good Ol Gal has volunteered to keep track and she'll decide if it will be on this thread or a new one.

I wish everyone well with the February challenge. I lost 4.5 pounds in January and for me, as slow as my weight loss has been for the past few months, that's just fantastic so it helps to be accoutable on a thread like this.

Please sign me up again for February. These challenges is what helps keep me motivated to stay on course. Thanks for your hard work Lisa and thanks to Good Ol Gal for taking over in February. I'll be getting my final WI for the January challenge and that will be my beginning weight for February.

Did we find out if we were going to get a different clippie for February? I'm not great on the computer, so I'll have to hope that someone else will come up with something.

Count me in for Feb. I'll weight in on Thurs the 3rd and go from there til March 3 as that will be the 4 wks of Feb for me since my WW wi is on Thurs.

I so need to join in for this challenge. I have fallen so far off the wagon, I was so close to my goal weight and then totally blew it and have gained back all the weight that I worked so hard to take off. I am now starting back on WW's so this challenge will be good for me, by checking in every week I can once again stay focused.

I know I know sounds crazy but I have buckled down and feel the pounds are about to start shedding fast!

Count me in! I had regained a few lbs. and decided to switch horses here - I officially joined WW last night. I figure I'll try it. I know my body is tired of losing weight, but sometimes switching diets helps tremendously.
