Depends on what mall.
Same goes for the outlets. I am not a big shopper. But sometimes I see outlet prices that I do not consider outlet prices.
Looking for anything in particular? Clothing or just "stuff"?
There is actually a decent (nothing fancy) outlet near WDW. LBV outlet.

My 20 year old daughter absolutely loved the malls and couldn't believe the deals and sales. We're from the Seattle area so things tend to be pricier (spell?) but we love going shopping when we are there and hit the sales. Depends what you're looking for and what the shopping is like where you are from.

They're the same stores that you have at home - the GAP prices were the same at the Orlando GAP as at my GAP at home. Remember that most of Orlando are not tourists, and many tourist never step food in the malls.
Outlets were the same, too. They have some great outlet mall shopping in Orlando, I really enjoy going, and soem great mall shopping (Mall of Millenia is awesome). Very nice malls, pretty much same stores and prices back home.

The malls aren't too bad. I would steer clear of the Mall at Millenia though. It's higher end stores, which means a lot of money. The FLorida Mall is very nice! It has a TON of stores to choose from and the prices are reasonable.
