Anyone familiar with Slim4Life?

I haven't posted on the WISH board before, but I'm wondering if any of you have heard of Slim4Life. I'm not one for fads, but I'd like to know if anyone has heard of this or had any experience with it (good or bad). Thanks!

Welcome KarenMom. I've haven't heard of Slim4Life before but I'm sure some one here has. There are people here trying and succeeding at most any plan out there. You are right to try to stay away from fad diets. You need to find an eating plan that you think you can live with for life. It could be low fat, or low carb, or a combination. You don't want to get to your goal and think "OK I can go back to eating normally now". When you get to goal you want to be satisfied with what you are eating and making only small changes. I just found this thread when I searched for Slim4life but was hoping for more responses. I have been reading alot on this board and am getting motivated to make some lifestyle changes.

Has anyone ever used Slim4Life? I am considering either that or WW.
