Okay, I thought we were having pizza tonight and saved 14 points for dinner, now DH says we're doing Chinese. I have never ordered chinese while on WW. I'm assumint the chicken and broccolli with white rice is the way to go. Is there a specific way I should request they cook it? Anyone know of any other healthy but tasty chinese dishes I can order? Also, what would the points value be?
Thanks! :)

When I want to stay in my points I'll order something like Chicken chow mein (not lo mein with the noodles). It's a clear broth with veggies and chicken and I eat it with rice. For an appetizer instead of something fried, see if they have steamed veggie dumplings.
Just remember that tomorrow you might be up to a pound due to the sodium (especially if you use soy sauce).
See if they can cook without oils, have brown rice, no msg. Some will work with you, some won't.
Good luck and enjoy. Here is a link to list of points for chinese food:

M2G - We use to eat Chinese ALL the time until I started WW and hadn't had it since except for once. I ordered the shrimp and veggies WITHOUT sauce and ate almost the entire thing. The veggies are NO points and the shrimp is just a couple since their were only about 8 in there. I didn't need sauce, but I bet you could measure out a little. I didn't do rice or anything else with that. I think as long as you get the sauce on the side, you could probably eat almost anything.

I am not on WW but the Chinese restaurant we go to has a healthy food section on their menu, check to see if your's has this. Basically it is steamed chicken, beef or shrimp and steamed veggies. They put the sauce on the side so you can put as much as you want on it. I usually get the garlic sauce and DH gets the brown sauce which is not as greasy tasting as what the usually use. If they don't have anything like this I am sure they can make it if you ask.
