Has anyone used their cell phone for Dial Up Internet?

Maybee off topic but a budget issue. I rarely use the phone at home except to connect to the internet. I'd rather just swith everything to my cell and save the monthly phone bill.

Anyone know of a way to do it so I can keep my ISP which i love?

Cable internet is just too expensive.
