connections terrible

i thought i tried save some $$$ from connection. i ordered 4 wdw passes and 4 universal tickets. the wdw tiks came in 2 days, but the universal, so i called on monday, the person told me they should be on Tues. but so far i still don't see them, so i just called again, the person wants me to fax the envolope back to them, cus there are 4 labels overlaped on the envolope, that means they Uni tiks should be within. but i only have the wdw passes in it. can someone tell me how many label on your envolope. they already took the money from my credit card, what can i do if they don't send the universal to me? help !!!

i just hanged up with connection again, the lady told me she is going to sand those tiks to us
overnight. i am looking forward to it, and i hope they honor their words.

I had absolutely no problem getting my PHP and US/IOA passes, in fact I received
them 2 days after I ordered them! I ordered online through the connections
website

i just received the US/IOA tickets today. BUI, those tiks have the year of 1999 and 2000 on it,
on the child ones has universal studio orlando on it. but on the adult ones hase universal studio escape on it, and it doesn't mention about orlando. i have never seen a US tiks, can any one tell me how they look like on yours, i wonder if they are legit. please help, Thank you!

I bought 2 adult three day passes, 1 adult 2 day pass, and 1 child 2 day pass last year (6/00), and all of mine say Universal Studios Escape. 3 of them have a blue background, and one has a purple. On the back it says, among other things, 3D AD ESC + CW, which means 3 day adult escape + citywalk. On the bottom line is a long number (bar code #?) and a ticket #. I used one day last year and was able to park hop. Also the unused days never expire. Hope this helps
