I will be in disney on 4/23-29/05. I'm splitting my stay between the dolphin and the hardrock. What should i exspect to pay for the universal hardrock?? I got a discount on the dolphin. Does universal ever offer discount, if so how to i get them? Thanks  :)

you have the universal fan club at work
if you have a US/IOA annual pass
and sometimes
the entertainment book - although someone say that the Universal hotels are no longer listed.

They do take the entertainment card for a discount, if it's available foryour days.
That's usually a pretty good deal.
Yes, ask on the Universal board.

Best I got the last time was $229 for 2 queens, but it was worth it for front of line touring for the day! Loved the hotel..great with2 13 year-old boys!

This is what we did in March 04. Our rate for HRH was $160 via Hotel Kingdom. Universal hotel used ot be severely discounted via Entertainment rates, AP rates, or Hotel Kingdom/Expedia third party rates. Not this year.
This March (05) there are no sales or discounts and the best rate I found for HRH was $264 for the same exact dates. We need two rooms. Thus, we are staying at WL (with an AP discount it is $800 less than Hard Rock) instead of Universal.
But we had a great Swan/HRH trip last year. FOTL cannot be beat. You will love it!

I noticed that you live in Georgia. They offer Ga/Fla reduced rates try calling universal directly and see if anything is available. last year we stayed at the Porifino in Feb. and paid $159. This year we are going in April 2-7 and so far nothing decent has popped up. good luck!!!!

Don't forget AAA and Universal Annual Pass Holder rates (it was worth it for us to purchase 1 annual pass in order to lower our rate to $139 night, 2/13-2/15).
