Hi all - well done Mandy, Annmarie and Kaylee!
Well this week I have lost 3 lbs - taking my total to 11lbs. I had a bad weekend though - Dad's 60th Birthday party on Saturday night - really overdid it with the Bacardi Breezers/ Smirnoff Ice and the buffet. :drinking1
Would really love to lose another 3lbs and make it to a full stone next week. So staple diet of WW tomato soup and Ryveta for me this week then!!!

Well done everyone on your losses.
I gained a pound :guilty: I was away in a hotel for nearly 3 days last week with colleagues so it made it really difficult to stick to my diet and I couldn't get to a gym. I tried to choose the healthier options from the menus, usually fish, but it was difficult and I had bigger lunches than I would normally have had. And then there was the apple and maple crumble with cream that just sneaked up on me :teeth: Nothing planned for this week so I'm back on track now, back to the gym and hoping to lose a couple of pounds this week.
Good luck for this week
