Ohhhhhhh..my last official day. :( Only plans are to have lunch, mill around Downtown Disney, and then head home whenever.
So...slept in until about 9/10-ish and got my things together. Plan was to meet NancyIL and TLK in the lobby and we would drive out to Downtown Disney and have lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. Nancy had a gift certificate so we were going to use that.
But before we left, I *HAD* to see the suite Glo stayed in. Okay, let me give you some pictures here. This is Glo and I, and this is how I had to stand in order to give Glo a decent hug without her throwing her neck out! This kind of shows how tall I am, or how short she really is.

It started raining on the drive to DD. After having my car sit for 5 days, I was worried it wouldn't start...but it started right up! At least I can drive home! :) So I drive over to DD and park near the Rainforest Cafe and meet up with NancyIL and TLK. Unfortunatly my pictures turned out super-dark, but it was a GREAT meal! The theming was outstanding! I loved the fact that it was raining right next to me, and I didn't get wet! Plus the elephants and gorillas..it was really neat. I had the Mayan meatloaf, which was really good. For dessert, I had the VOLCANO!! Both TLK and Nancy thought I was nuts! They said it was huge! It was designed to feed 2-3 people. I said..BRING IT ON!! I made a serious dent in it! All that was left (with some help from TLK who decided he really did want some) was 2 pieces of brownie and that's it! It would feed 2 people, or one hungry TSI. :) It was very good, I'll admit.
After lunch (which was TLK's treat....thank you, sir! I appreciate that) we hit World of Disney where I bought 3 more pins (pin total for this trip: 7!). As we were leaving I found a mickey cell phone adapter. Knowing Pandy lost hers at MGM earlier in Glo-Con, I felt it was my duty to buy that for her. When we got back to the Dolphin I bagged it up, put her name and room # on it, and had the Bell Stand hold it for her. (update: they can't find it now...ugh!)
So, Nancy left at DD to head to the airport. I drove TLK back to the Dolphin, where I hung out for a little bit before forcing myself to the car. I passed Pandy's car on the drive out and I waved to it as a final goodbye. :) I headed down the road out of Disney just in awe of an awesome vacation. One last pic....

Made it back to around Dover, FL, on 1/4 tank of gas. I didn't want to fill up around Disney, and I'm glad I didn't! Gas in Dover was $1.29 for the cheap stuff.....yes, I am close to home!
Got home and went directly to work to get my pictures put on disk. The rest is what you see now. :) :) :) :) :)
