We recently celebrated our daughters 8th birthday while at the Contemporary. When we told them at the desk it was her birthday they said they would send something down.... so we went out for a little while. When we go back there was a balloon bouquet on our table. When she opened it it was full of stuff, candy, an autographed pic of Minnie Mouse, key chain, stickers, coin, girly glitter stuff. It was great; we ALL were so surprised. If you have a BIRTHDAY coming remember to tell them when you get there.

We had a similar experience at Animal Kingdom Lodge in June. It was my middle son's B-day and when we mentioned it at check-in, they noted it on the reservation with his name as well as the other two children's names. The next day when we came back to the room there were three autographed pictures (one for each child) and a stuffed safari Mickey for the B-day boy. They were thrilled and very pleasantly surprised.

Oh DARN!!! I will be celebrating my B-Day while I am at WDW this month, but for the first time we will be staying off site. :(
Wonder what they do for Birthday MOMs???

We were "home" last week at OKW when it was my Dd's 10th b-day. They sent up a card of Beauty and the Beast along with balloons. It was a great surprise!!!

anyone know if they do this for adults. Planning trip in June, and my husband's b-day will be
the day before we get there. Will they do it if it is not the exact day???? I was also wondering about the parks too.

Hey Beth, don't forget to get your birthday button at City Hall at the Magic Kingdom. The Cast Members will all wish you a happy birthday. My daughter even got a front of the line pass once when she was wearing her button! You can also indicate that it's your birthday on any PS you make. Many restauants will bring out something for you. You just never know what kind of magic can happen at Disney World!
