Someone told my babysitter that they ate at a restaurant on Disney property that was under the sea. Water was above them (roof) . It sounds really cool anyone know which place this is? I told her I would post it here and if anyone would know it would be you guys. lol
thanks Diane

Coral Reef at Epcot. It is a part of the Living Seas building. The resturant itself is set up with floor to ceiling glass looking into the tank. It is one of our favorites. Great atmosphere,, great food. :)

I don't think the water is above at Coral Reef. I never went to Ariels at the Beach Club, it's closed now. I know they had a fish tank, maybe that's it.

Ariel's was just a Fish Tank in the resturant (tank is still there, even though the restaurant has been closed for about 6 years or so) nothing like Coral Reef. No, the water is not above you at Coral Reef, but when you are in the restaurant it seems like you are in the middle of the tank because of the way the floor to ceiling glass is set up and you can't see outside. That is the only place at Disney where there is an emmerged in water feeling. There is also a restaurant at Sea World, "Sharks Underwater Grill" that has the same feel (being inside the tank) but that obviously is not Disney.
