Any way to get a good rate in June?

I am looking everywhere but it looks like it is almost impossible to get a good rate in the summer. It also looks like some weekends are already booked up for HRH. How can this be???????????

WHen I called I could not get ANY discounts (AP, ENt., Fan, etc.) for July 11-14

None for my stay and it's also in June. And, I had to move dates because many of the dates were unavailable.

I called HRH reservations, and they matched the expedia rate of $199/night.
That's the best rate I've seen so far.
