Would anyone be able to tell me if we will be able to purchase a dining plan for our trip in March? I know that you can add one when you book a resort stay, but thanks to a wonderful DVCer, bongo59, we already have a ressie at OKW. Now we just need food---
Any advise would be appreciated--do they still sell vouchers?

No dining plan while staying on points. But keep an eye on the DVC Forums. Rumor has it the DVC is working on a dining plan for points stays as we post - there may be one soon!

It's not just DVC, they do not allow a dining plan if you book "room only" at any resort. You have to buy the package.

Anyone now qualifies for the Disney Dining Plan package (if you are an AP holder, you get it for $25 off the $75 price but its my understand that anyone can purchase it now - not just FLA residents). That package gives you 20% off at TONS of restaurants in the parks and around the hotels, etc.
There are lots of threads on it if you are interested. It is something you have to purchase in advance. They will send you an email to use if your card has not arrived in time for your trip and it expires at the end of the month in which you order it, so there is no real need to buy it NOW, but you do need to buy it before you go.

That option is not available to DVC members staying on points - at least not right now.
You are talking about the Disney Dining Experience - which is also a very nice option to have.

Yes, I know that they were talking about the add on package plan. I was simply trying to let them know that there are alternatives to that already available to everyone at this point - package or not. :D
When I first heard about the Disney Dining Experience (thanks - I dont know why I forgot the E part), I thought it was going to only be for people with annual passes, but it is my understanding that it is available to everyone, just the AP holders get $25 off the $75 price. This is correct, no? So it provides an alternative to the package dining plan for those not on a package. (and yes - I realize it works off a percentage off - not prepayment for so many meals a day, etc)
