Refillable Mugs at DL?

We are going to DL for the first time in April. We have been to WDW/Univ several times so we know the routine. Since this is our first visit to California, please bear with us over the next few weeks, while we try to find out the little details.

We will be at DL for 5 days. Do they sell refillable mugs at DL? Is it worth it, or should we just buy soft drinks as we go? Is there a "safe" place nearby (eg SuperWalmart etc) where we can buy drinks etc for the room?

The Grand California hotel I think has them. We have never gotten refillable mugs at DL we just buy soda as we go or bring some in from home. As for places to buy soda, there is a 7-11 and another convenience store on Harbor just outside of the DL entrace area. There is also a Target farther down on Harbor which is good to go to to get goodies and it has some restaraunts right across the street from it ( Outback, Joe's Crab Shack, Red Robin, and Bucca de Beppo).

AAA is experimenting with a refillable mug program. We are leaving in about three weeks and we received a voucher for a free mug which we can fill up five times day at certain restaurants in the parks.

There is also a Food 4 Less a few blocks down on Kettla (turn right off Harbor). Has you head down Kettla Food 4 Less will be on your left.
