How busy is IOA in Sept during the week?

we are going to spend a day at IOA during our Sept trip. Will we need to use their fastpass system or will the parks be slower? we will go during the week.

also......will we get any FOL with a 1 day ticket?

September (except for Labor Day weekend) is the slowest time for Orlando theme parks. I went once in September and Spider-Man had a 10 minute wait at the end of the day. Even Ptreandon Flyers had a reasonable 20 minute wait!

As for FOTL, only onsite hotel guests get it. So if you are an onsite guest and have a valid admission ticket, you can get FOTL.
