HRH Sold out this weekend

I am booked in a club room Jan 21 - 24. I booked APH rate of $223. My father who lives in Punta Gorda decided to take a ride up and stay with us Sat and Sun. I tried to get him a room at the HRH, but they are sold out. So I guess with the only discounts being FLO and APH they are still selling out. I wonder if they will ever offer the other discounts again. I guess the days of $99 at the HRH are long gone.

I booked him at the RPR at $149 for sat pm and $119 for sun pm. I am sure he wont be disapointed, he visited with us a couple of years ago and thought that the RPR was beautiful.

We were at the HRH weekend of 8/9 Jan, also sold out. Overheard one man say they had tried 3 or 4 times to get a reservation there and always sold out!
We paid $169 then $139 for our nights in a garden view room, I would`nt have wanted to paid more.

That's amazing, must be convention people booking the hotel on company money. No wonder why the prices are going up and up.
