Do room become available?

Hi all, I hope someone can help me. I just tried to see what types of rooms are available April 17th-19th at any of the Universal Hotels, & apparently they are ALL booked. Is this normal? Am I not asking the right questions? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I took a look at universals website and found Portofino available for your dates. Look here http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/orlando/website/resort_hotels/por_amenities.html

You could also try hotelkingdom.com and see if anything is available. Expedia too.

Thru expedia RPR is available for 234/night, PBH for 294, HRH for 264.

I booked RPR a couple of weeks ago for 4/15 - 4/22. The only place I found that had it was expedia and they were 199 for a standard. I started looking before Christmas and everything was booked then, except expedia.

Thanks you all. We actually decided, since DD is still a Princess, to stay in Disney. I appreciate everyones help.
