Where to rent a car

Is there any place in the Downtown Disney area where you can rent a car. If so, what companies are there & where are they located? Thanks in advance.

I know that some DTD hotels have rental desks. I think the Wyndham is one of them, but don't know what company.

The Dolphin (and the Car Care Center) on-property have Alamo/National desks. I've used the Dolphin a few times and it's been great, although they are only open until 4pm.
