DDE - what is the time period?

Is the DDE one year from the time you purchase the plan or is it a January to December program? We are AP holders and try to plan 2 trips per pass season, now with our son being school age the first trip will be late July and the next trip will be July 2006. If we order the DDE for this July trip will it still be in effect for next year?

You would have to order it in early July, get the letter to use on this year's trip and it should expire 7/31/06.

Since we are planning a July 4th timeframe vacation next year this would be perfect.
