I have been ordering the Blockbuster Casback bonuses for about two years now.
What usually comes is a gift card type card that can be swiped for l0 dvds or videos and expires in 9 months.

Today I got my Blockbuster order consisting of l0 individual coupons good each for l dvd or video, but they expire April 30, 2005.

Not a real good value, probably won't use them up in time.

Going back to the Discovered card website, I see this info about expiration time is printed pretty clearly. I didn't check because I order this cashback bonus so much for my 2 college age kids. Never assume anything.

Want to share this in case someone else is thinking of ordering the Blockbuster deal.

Thanks for posting this information. I was just about to order this for my FIL's birthday. I was wondering whether to order one booklet or two -- I guess you just made that decision for me! Thanks again.

Have anyone ever ordered the Sharper Image cards??? I was thinking about ordering two of them and giving to my husband for Xmas - but it has a disclaimer about only being able to use one card at a time... any ideas or suggestions?

We have ordered several Sharper Image cards. If I remember correctly, isn't there a card for $80.00? I remember we bought a stereo radio/sound machine thingy that cost about $120 with a discount. I used all Discover cashback cards for the purchase. You may want to check with your local store to see what their policy is on using more than one card. I also used a coupon, which according to the cashback card, I couldn't use.

You know what my favorite thing to buy with those $40 cards is? The solar candle lanturn. They are so nice and I get lots of compliments on them and have bought a few of them for nice gifts.

Cool - I'll definitely order them for hubby - maybe he'll buy something techy and cool that I'll enjoy as well! I was thinking about those headphones that he can wear while he watches TV and I don't have to listen to him surf channels late at night....

I firmly believe TV's do NOT belong in the bedroom but I've lost that fight for years!!!

Do you have to be a member at BB to use these certificates/gift cards? I've often wondered when redeeming our Discover Bonus.

I use to always get the $80 Sharper Image card with my Discover rewards. But they just recently changed the program. Before you were allowed to stack the cards, but now they only allow one card per transaction. I still get an $80 card now and then and purchase gifts with them. But, I've mostly stopped using my Discover card because of this and I use other credit cards for their reward programs.

I've purchased many nice items with this program. (i.e Ipod, 10" portable DVD player, etc...)
