Anyone else having trouble getting through to Tiffany?

I have been trying to reach Tiffany Towncar for about 2 weeks now and I haven't been able to get through to them. Each time I call, the operator says that my message has been forwarded and then hangs up? I also sent them an e-mail last week and haven't received a reponse yet. I'm trying to make ressie's for October and it's important that I get through to them. If anyone has any info that may help, it would be appreciated!!!

I made ressies with TTC a couple of days ago. I e-mailed the information and got an e-mail confirmation back within 6 hours.

Chernabog- I do'nt mean any insult, but are you sure you're dialing the right number? That sounds like a pager message to me. I made reservations with them a couple weeks ago with no problem.

I called earlier this week in the am and got right through !

Did the phone number change? I've made ressie's with them in the past and had no problem. I got the number off of the coupon in the Passporter book. Ducklite, I'm not offended. Imagine how idiotic I feel, not being able to get through to a business that I've called before. :confused:

I've had problems contacting them before. I am unable to call them on my home phone because my phone number is blocked and they won't accept unknown phone numbers. I have to use my cell phone or someone elses phone. I've e-mailed them in the past and also made my reservation and never received a response. I e-mailed them a couple days ago to see if they got my reservation. The next day I received an e-mail saying they did receive it and gave me a confirmation number. I've since e-mailed them twice with some changes and they responded within a day or two. I don't know why they respond sometimes and sometimes they don't.

I made ressies with them this weekend via email and received a response back next morning. Never waited more than a day for a response. Very odd!

Ok, Ok, thank God for my lovely wife. As I was trying TTC again this morning, my wife heard me hang up the phone in disgust. She asked what was wrong and I told her about the trouble getting through to TTC. She THEN told me that I needed to dial *82 and then the phone #. That would enable me to get through! Lo and behold I tried it and got through. It completely slipped mind that our phone # is unlisted and sometimes that causes problems when dialing out. Although, when it does, the message by the operator usually instructs you to hang up and dial *82. Anyhow, the ressie's were made and I'm all set for October.
