I think California Grille has the best sushi, but Wolfgang Puck's is a close second. Try the Philly roll at Wolfgang's and don't miss the shrimp tempura roll at California Grille. The sauce for it is amazing. Everything is very fresh at both locations. The Japan pavillion is ok, but not the same caliber as the other two restaurants.

my vote goes to the Japan pavilion, it's my favourite part of Epcot. the first time I tried sushi was there three years ago and it got me hooked. plus, the restraunts there are all beautiful places to eat. I think the Japan pavilion is the best place for chocolate as well.

They will usually make you whatever you ask for, even if it is not listed on the selections. So if you don't see what you are looking for, have the waiter ask. That is what we do at Wolfgang Puck's all the time. 9 out of 10 times they can do it. Have fun.

DH loved what he tried in Teppanyaki more than Cali Grill, but I've heard Kimono's at the Swan is the best and most authentic. We just haven't gotten there yet.

Tepura Kiku in Japan. Wonderful sushi...they offer some different combos as well. We have eaten there on every trip (okay, so that is just three, but it is GREAT!!!)

I like Kimonos in the Dolphin if you happen to be in the Boardwalk area. sit at the Sushi bar and watch the chefs at work.

The sushi in Japan is very good. There is a Tempura bar that is walk up only on the 2nd level between the Matsu No Ma Lounge and Mitsukoshi Tempanyaki. They have really good sushi, made right in front of you.

At Downtown Disney Westside Wolfgang Puck Cafe has a Sushi bar, and I have heard it is good.

Kimono's at the Swan is a sushi bar... they also have karaoke, so if you want to sing and eat sushi, this is the place to be!!!

California Grill has sushi, too, but if you haven't made advance PS you can't walk up. So if this is your choice, make sure to get those PS.

My mother and sister who are die hard sushi fans always go to Kimono's at the Swan. My mother has already made ps for our up coming trip. Every night after 9:00 pm I believe they do have karaoke. I really like there and I am not a sushi eater.

Kimonos, Wolfgang Puck, and the California Grill serve the best sushi, in that order. The Japan pavillion runs a distant fourth.
