countdown help please

I used to have a countdown, but lost it at some point months ago. I have tried several times since. Last night I again created the countdown.....I could see it even counting down the seconds!!! Then it was gone. I must not be saving it, or transferring it, or whatever it is I need to do. Please help....I REALLY want a countdown!!!!!!!! ~Computer illiterate in Calfiornia

I have been trying without success to post my countdown timer. I follow the directions to the T and am unable to do it. Any suggestions? I really really want a timer :) TIA
