Tipping the TT driver????

I have reservations with Tiffany Towncar and was wondering what most people tip the driver. I tend to sometimes "over-tip" but just wanted to know what most people give them. Do you tip both ways...I figure so. Don't think I'm crazy for asking this but I have never had to tip a driver of any sort before. My fee will be $95 round-trip. I was planning on between $20-$25. Give me your input. Thanks for all your help.

It is customary to tip 15%. We suggest tipping half of that on the first leg of your trip and half on the return, as you may have different drivers for the two segments.

We usually tip $10 each way. These guys are great and are worth it !
