...that means they will be playing the day we arrive at 3pm. Where can we go to watch the game? All Star Cafe? Can I make a PS here? Can we stay for the whole game or willthey kick us out to seat more people? Is there any where else that we can catch the game? I think I heard of a place that had something to do with ESPN. Can you tell me about this place as well? Which one would you recommend? Sorry about all the questions and thank you for all your help!!
And oh yeah...

GO EAGLES

ESPN is on the Boardwalk. If you want to go there for the game, I suggest getting there very early so you will get in. I tried going on a Sunday at about 1:30 last month. It wasnt even the playoffs and the place was mobbed. :crowded: The line was out the door for the restaurant and the bar area was shoulder to shoulder people. I can imagine the playoffs would be just as bad, if not worse. In general we really enjoy the food at ESPN, but like I said, if you want to go there, get there well before the game starts.

Seeing as it will be such a big game, I would guess most resort lounges with tvs would be showing it.

Are kids allowed in the ESPN club? Sorry I forgot to ask.

Oh yes, kids are more than welcome. Its one of my DSs favorites in WDW. :)
One side is a restaurant and the other has the bar with seats around it, some booths, and some tables and chairs. Kids can go on either side and if you are seated in the booths in the bar area, the kids can play video games at their table. There are tvs located all around both sides, but the big screen tv that should have on the "big game" is in the restaurant part. Both sides are now non smoking so nothing to worry about there. :)

Thank you so much for the info. It sounds great!! Do you know if I can make a PS or a ressie at the ESPN club? And how about the All Star Cafe at the WWoS? Anyone have any input on this place? Thanks again and...

GO EAGLES!!!

My kids have already prepared me for the fact that they may spend the afternoon in the room watching the playoffs instead of going to a park. No problem for me! I'll be happy going off by myself!! They may be missing out but thats their choice.
As long as everyone is happy :D

There is no PS at ESPN. Based on what I have seen in the past for big games you'll probably have to be there around 11:30 ish (when it opens) to get a seat in the room with the big screen. They will never kick you out...just eat and drink slowly!! And to be honest with you, every time my DW and I are there during football season it seems the eagle fans outnumber everyone else at least 3:1. Having said that, just make sure your 3:00 game doesn't go in to overtime, so we can get in to see the Jets beat the Colts. We're arriving on the 23rd!! Yes, I can dream!!!

PCFriar is right and wrong. ;) There are no PSs accepted at ESPN, and you will have to get there very early to get in. However, the second game will be the Jets losing to the Patriots, not the Jets beating the Colts. ;)

Let's put it this way.....If the Jet's are playing the Patriots, I'll be happy!!!
Meaning, we've already beat the Steelers. And, if the Patriot's put the tarp on the field (that's an inside sport tidbit) the game will be close! Good luck either
way!!

PS: I'm impressed with your number of posts!!!

ROFL! It took me a minute to get that. My DSs are Cameron & Colton, hence then name, CamColt. ;)
Good luck to you too. This is an exciting time of year.

Sorry about the hijack of the thread. Hopefully someone will have some info about the All Star Cafe for you, mrsschlep.
