These are just off the top of my head, I'm sure I'll forget some.

MK
Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch
Plaza Restaurant
Pecos Bill's
Columbis Harbor House

Epcot
Le Cellier
Teppanyaki
Yakitori House (counter service)

AK
Flame Tree
Pizzafari

MGM
50's Prime Time
Sci-Fi for burgers
Counter service - honestly haven't found one in MFM I could recommend

My family has just returned from a weeklong trip to WDW -- we followed the recommendations from UG for eating and found it to be a worthwhile experience.

MK= Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (DD loved the entertainment by Sonny Eclipse)
EP= Tangerine Cafe @ Morocco (something for adults and children)
MGM= ABC Commissary (good pricing for what is essentially a combo meal)
AK= vote #2 for Flame Tree BBQ (although the corn on the cob is definitlely not farm fresh)
Beach Club Villa= Beaches & Cream (sundaes are huge - you don't need to order the kitchen sink to receive something so big you'll never finish it!)

Just my thoughts and rumblings from a very satisfied tummy!
