I did a spinning class this morning for the second time ever. People keep telling me my butt will eventually stop hurting from sitting on that little seat, but I'm not sure I believe them right now :bitelip: My inner thighs are hating me about now, too. Looking forward to the time when I can do this class without needing 3 days to recover!

I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 40 minutes. Fortunately I managed to miss the major downpour that started about an hour later. :umbrella:

Just back from the gym:
25 minutes on the treadmill 6.2 mph
17 minutes on the StairMaster Fat Burner mode, Level 10 "No Hands"
20 minutes elliptcal

I exercised today for the first time in....well...a LONG time (years). I bought a "Walk with George" (George Foreman) exercise DVD the other day and I put it on, and it was great. 5 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of circuit-walk, then 5 minutes of stretching and cool down. I am paying for it tonight; but it's to be expected. I WILL do this video every day :)

I walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill and then did the 1 mile WATP tape with weights.
