When is the best time to do this and how?
Is it better to fax, e-mail or call with your requests?
Should you do this as soon as you know what you want or wait until a few days before scheduled arrival?
Thanks for any advice! :D

When I have stayed in RPR and HRH the past few times, I have known exactly what room I wanted. In each instance, I have called the hotel directly 3-5 days ahead of time to make my request. Each time I was given the exact room I was requesting.

I faxed the RPR about four days before arrival and got the room I requested.

Thanks guys! I'll wait until a few days before to request my room, as I know exactly which one I want, too!
THANKS AGAIN!

If I request something in tower 1 or 3, what is the likelihood of getting it, since we have also asked for a smoking room? I don't want to get stuck with the dogs!

Fax them and tell them you are allergic to dogs and can't stay in a room anywhere near them.

Good idea! I hadn't thought of that. Actually, our son DOES have allergies and we haven't figured out "to what," so that would be a good idea anyhow! Thanks!

I faxed RPR and HRH about 4 days in advance and always got what I asked for. This didn't work at PBH though.
