I started WISH last year and lost around 67 pounds between Jan-August. However due to the hurricanes and my new job (working in a group home, with tons of goodies all the time) I gained a good bit back about 41 of it, yikes!!!
So here I am I started back on a lowcarb diet two nights ago and am already down 3 pounds! :earseek:
I'm pledging no soda, no salt too as well as lowcarb dieting. Going on a cruise coming up sometime in May and am so sad I didn't keep up the diet all along, I could have been so far by now. But I'm pushing for a good loss by then.
Heres to a slimmer 2005! :cool1:

2angels - Welcome back to WISH! I know you can take off those pounds and reach your weight loss goals in 2005. How about joining one of the challenges on the board? That's always a motivator.

Welcome Back! :wave2: There are a lot of us WISHers who are either just starting or in my case recommitting! Stay OP and you'll be shocked by how much you can lose by your trip in May. ::yes::
