I love Saturdays ~ I can have a super dupper long workout.

Today I did 55 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of upper body work and 15 minutes on the cross trainer.

Who's next ?????

I'm next! Florence, your work out today sounds awesome!!!! I did BBS3 Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. It was only 30 minutes but it was intense. Okay, who's next?

Great job everyone!

:wave: I went 5-1/2 miles on the elliptical today and pushed up the intensity a couple of levels. Had a good workout, but know I will feel the burn in my legs tomorrow.

Next?

Wow - I found out today how out of shape I am :eek: I did 8 minutes on a machine at the gym (no idea what the name was but it was a cardio machine that seems to simulate climbing a mountain :faint: ) I just walked up the stairs at home a few hours after my workout and thought I was going to die :eek: :laughing: Apparently the work outs are working ;) I did 8 minutes on that machine, 15 on the treadmill, and then 8 more on the eliptical for a total of 30 minutes. I'm battling a chest cold and just couldn't manage more today. Great job everyone! :hyper:

I did 35 minutes very intensely on the Elliptical. My personal best ever! Amost 5000 strides total and 354 calories total. WHOOO HOOO!
