Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner tonight.
Bow-tie pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach for dinner tomorrow.
I don't know how many carbs I'll get on Friday, my travel day. I'm leaving at 1:00 and get into Orlando at 5:00. I'll miss prime lunch and dinner hours en route to airport and hotel,.....so I'm starting early!
This is reason enough to run the race :cool1: Yum!
