Ok guys, I'm back :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: ....from the Western. We re-booked while on board for this cruise.....looks like there will be 60 (that's right) in my party.

A few comments and then ask any questions you want and I will answer. The weather was MAGICAL....75 - 85 degrees and sunny and calm all week except for the day we boarded and Castaway Cay. The day we boarded was cool and cloudy. Castaway Cay in the morning was warm (75 degrees) and extemely windy....drinks blow over, hats fly off windy. Then at noon it poured rain. We went to Cookies BBQ and hung out till one o'clock when half my group gave up and went back on the ship to watch a movie.....my girls (DD11 and DD8) and I stayed and we had a wonderful treat. The winds died down and the sun came out and we played on the beach till 3:30 and swam. The water was chilly, but ok.

On Grand Caymen, we caught a cab and went to Royal Palm Beach and spent the day there. We Jet Skiied and swam and ate and had a great time.

In Cozumel, the Teenagers (DS16, DS15, DS15) and my husband golfed and had fun. My girls and I did the dolphin enounter and had a great time. We swam at the beach in the park afterward.

The food was great, :cool1: the shows were MAGICAL, :cool1: the pools were crowded.L..but fun...... :cool1:

I can not wait to go back......Ask any questions you would like,
Lisa

Hi!

I just found this thread. We are booked for the Magic Western 1/28/06 -- my DSis' family and my family. There are 7 of us altogether; 4 adults and 3 kids. My DSis has a birthday during the cruise on 31 January and DH's is just before we leave on 24 January.

We are not from the East coast, but nearby -- Pittsburgh-- not quite midwest but not quite east coast.

This will be our 2nd Magic cruise. We rebooked while onboard last January (2004). Looking forward to going again!!!

Lisa - I am in Howard County, just north of I70 and my sister is in Baltimore.
Did you have any trouble on the Jan '04 cruise with weather? I got sick the day between St Thomas and CC. I remember standing on deck 10 and watched the bow go below the horizon and then above it. Missed dinner that night.

Hi All !!
All this seasick talk has made me wonder.....
DH, DS and I are lucky we don't get seasick but we are going to be with 2 other adults this trip, should I tell them to get medicine before hand? Do they sell it on the cruise itself? I know it will cost alot more $$ to buy it while on the ship but IF they need it, is it sold in the shop?

Thanks

ok so i called dcl and found out they won't mail an excursion book to you... :guilty: that you HAVE to find them on the website, then call them and reserve the excursions...

so now my question is, what IF i didn't HAVE access to the web site?? then what?? i think i will call my TA and ask her if she can get me one :confused3

i also found out that you can reserve only 90 days prior to excursion date...so this means either call every day to reserve the excursion one by one as the 90 days is up OR wail til the whole week is over and reserve them all at once..

I'm so glad to find this thread!! :earsboy:

We are 4 traveling Western for the first time. Me, Debbie, Hubby Ed, DS Brian (17) and DS Adam (13). WOULD YOU BELIEVE ADAM WILL BE CELEBRATING HIS BDAY TOO!!! He will be 14 on 2.6.06.

We have done DCL a few times, and love it every time! Last one was the DVC Members Only Cruise...Castaway Cay x2 4 day Eastern...way too much fun!!!

I have been checking the posts on the different boards, and will probably go for some private excursions not offered by DCL. We are still in the discussion stage. With the kids being older this time, they are more interested in seeing the sights...and having new adventures...maybe scuba diving...

Glad to meet everyone!!!

Our group is 53 of us traveling....we all can not wait! My DS will be 16 at the time we travel along with several 16 and 17 year old girls. We also have 3 young 20 sometime men traveling.

It will be so much fun!! The group is from DC (Northern VA) but we have a house in Bethany Beach DL! My brother is a year round resident in South Bethany. I have a neice at IR (Indian River) HS.....What part of DL are you from?

Hi Lisa,

We have a place at Tuckahoe Acres, which is out Rt. 26. We are right next to Holts Landing State Park. It is a seasonal campground. When DH is down, we go to the 3R's beach, near the inlet, and when it is me and the kids we go to Bethany. Guess it really is a small world after all..(LOL, sorry, I couldn't resist). We live in Middletown, DE, which is 1 1/2 hr north of the beach.

Sounds like you have a great group going! We are in the late dinner seating. At least that is what I requested. My kids aren't early risers, but can be such night owls, so late works better for us.

Thanks for answering...It's great to talk to people before the sailing. I am so excited about this trip!

Hi Everyone!

Just found you guys! We are getting ready to put our deposit down for this cruise. We have 2 boys who will be 12 and 14 when we sail. We have sailed on DCL before and just got off the Mariner of the Sea with RCL. Never again!

BTW, we're coming from California.

Looking forward to chatting with you guys more.

Hi Deb,

We have boys the same age...mine is 13 and celebrating his bday on the cruise... Maybe they can hook up at The Stack...

We haven't cruised with anyone else. We are DVC Members, and use the points to go...works really well for us, and the kids love it...

Nice to "meet" you,

dairyou
05-09-2005, 11:22 AM
Hey Debbie,

We are DVC members too. We looked into using our points for the cruise also. I guess we like to hoard our points because we couldn't bear to use them. I think it was 194 points per person for us. Though only have 225 points a year make that hard and we keep using them!

Will you be going to a DVC resort before or after the cruise?

Deb

ddavis860
05-09-2005, 05:34 PM
Hi Deb,

Nope, not going to Disney this trip. My Dad and Stepmom bought a place in Sun City, which is near Tampa. They are moving in October. We are going to visit them for a few days before the cruise.

We have gone down and stayed on property before the cruise, and have stayed at Cape Canaveral too...depends on the timing and the funds. Have you done the Western trip yet?

dairyou
05-09-2005, 05:42 PM
Debbie...We haven't done the Western Trip with Disney yet. We have done the Eastern a couple of times. Just got off the Mariner of the Seas on their Western. Looking forward to going on Disney. We are surprising our kids and they don't know about yet :)

Last cruise we spent 3 days at OKW. We'd like to do this again. OKW was wonderful! What DVC resorts have you tried so far?

Deb

05-09-2005, 07:08 PM
Hi Deb,

We have done OKW, and our home is BWV and we have done there too. How was western, and how was Mariner of the Seas? Did you do a trip report? We did eastern a few times too, and I can't wait to try western. DH and DS(17) are going to scuba dive...DS(13) and I will be snorkeling...at Cozumel.

Seems so far away, but time will fly I'm sure...

http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=808144&highlight=dairyou

Does anyone know what the weather has been like in January? We've gone in February twice and once the weather was perfect and the other was a little rainy. We always made it to port though :)

Deb

ddavis860
05-10-2005, 06:41 PM
Hi Sue

Deb, Thanks for the link. I know we are spoiled by Disney...it really is so great for the kids, but DH and I like it too. I'll take Mickey over gambling any day...

This trip is going to be really different for us, cause the kids are so much older...I don't feel that I have to hover...at least not on Castaway or on the ship...the other ports are a different story...

I have heard different things about the weather...seems to change all the time, and what is terrible for some, is fine for others. I'm just hoping that we can get into all the ports...that seems to be the biggest problem people have had. I guess the wind in the winter causes some troubles. I emailed about a scuba/snorkel excursion, and was told to bring 2 tee shirts, so 1 can get wet, and have one to wear dry...nothing mentioned about a wetsuit...so I guess the water temp is good...

I feel the same way. Both the boys should be okay on their own and maybe this time we will get to go to Serenity Bay. After going on 4 DCL cruises we have yet to do this.

It is official now. We put down our deposit and just checking out flights now. I wonder if airfare will go down?

We have done 3 January DCL cruises.....all weather perfect except for the last time we wnet to Castaway Cay....Even then, it was very windy but we stuck it out and in the afternoon it turned sunny and calm and we had the island all to ourselves it seemed. The Eastern was maybe a little bit better than the Western, but I will take any of the weather we had again!

I have only been in the water at Castaway Cay once in 8 cruises. That was Aug '02. All my other cruises were in Dec, Jan or Feb and the water was TOO :cold: for me. Lounging on the beach was great so I would never complain.

Hi Indea88 and grandmagrace! Welcome!!

Yeah, we are going to have a blast aren't we? This cruise I'll have 2 teenagers, DS 17, and DS 13 (14 on 2/6/06, so we are having a b-day party too!). I'm really looking forward to having some adult time this trip. Last time DS was still in the clingy mode, he has grown up a lot since then...and they can hang together in the Stack...

I was also thinking about renewing our vows...started talking with DH about it yesterday. We might do it this cruise. With DS being 17, this might be his last one with us till he has a family...so, this would be the best one...Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it...and getting started working on Hubby...lol...It is just another one of my "Disney Dreams"... :cloud9:

I will be traveling with my Mom, my sister, and four friends. We will all be on deck 6. Has anyone been to Grand Cayman and Cozumel? I would be interested in finding out what shore excursions you would recommend. Hope everyone is having a nice evening.

Nice to have with the group. This will be our 2nd western. Don't have any recomondations for Grand Cayman because last trip we did'nt go due to bad weather. Cozumel was cool. We did the Jeep trip was fun as long as you have an expierenced off road driver. It was quite bumpy of a trip , but we had an excellent couple we were paired up with & he could really handle the jeep. It was alot of fun. Hope this helps.

Morning Everyone!

DH and I are talking about Palo's and if we want to dinner there this time. Actually last time we went, DH got food poisoning from what can only be the appetizer that I wouldn't eat. He missed Castaway cause they had him on cabin restriction. That sucked...so, I'm not all that thrilled about going back for dinner, but he is ...go figure. I do want to try brunch this time though, we have never been able to do that and everyone says how great it is. I'm also thinking about the Romance Plan, or the Romantic Escape at Sea...has anyone done either, and which is a better value? One perk is it lets you book resies further out...I don't think we are doing the vow renewal this time, cost is high for what you get, and we are just too small a group to make it worth it.

They keep playing Pirates with Johnny Depp on cable, so we are watching for ideas for pirate night...too funny. I don't want to waste too much room in the suitcase for this one night though so I'm not sure how crazy I really want to go.

I found that my girlfriend's daughter is going to be working the cruise when we are on this time. She is one of the characters and a dancer. She was on last year, liked it so much, that she reapplied for this year. She is in Toronto right now learning the new dances for the new shows. It has been really fun seeing the pics that people post of their cruise, and finding a pic of her...I forward them all to my friend. I'm working on my friend to come on this cruise with us, that would be fun, and her son is the same age as my little one.

I have been missing for a long while, I have been way to busy this summer. My DH, DS16 (I can't believe I have a 16 year old), DD11 and DD9 are getting ready to leave for Disney on Sunday (YES! :cool1: :cool1: this Sunday) then on Thursday we board the Wonder for a quick 3 day before school starts.

Our group is about 70 now for this January cruise....it will be so much fun.

We went on the Western last year same time....Grand Caymen was pretty well destroyed by the hurricanes, but we went to a beach and had a wonderful time. The water was warm and the beach was beautiful. The kids and their dad rented jet skis. On Cozumel, we swam with the dolphins and then hang out at the beach there....it was fun as well....

Oh well, I will post from the Wonder, not the same as the Magic, but it will give me my fix till January!

I must say though, I really like Bethany. We took a drive down there a couple years ago and I tried to talk DH into giving it a try, but he doesn't want to switch from Rehoboth. We do like the fact that we can park the car when we get there and pretty much walk everywhere.

We got back last night from our 3 day Wonder for my birthday. We stayed in Cat 4 on Deck 8 and had a WONDERful cruise. The weather was perfect. Surprisingly, the trip seemed much longer than 3 days. We were first on the ship at 11:30 am (that is when they let us on) and we went right to Deck 9 and swam in Goofy pool with no other swimmers until 1pm. It was so awesome!! It started to rain at 2pm, so we gave up and went and took showers and our suitcases were there and we unpacked.

We ate at AP first and then PC and the Triton's...food was WONDERful!! When the ship went to Nassua, we stayed on board as we have been to Nassua one too many times...had the pool all to ourselves. Castaway Cay was perfect although a little windy. DS16 and I went Bottom Fishing (if anyone is even thinking of this excursion, it is WONDERful), we caught the coolest fish and I caught a SHARK!! It was about 3 feet. We also caught an eel...it was gross. We got back to island at noon, to find out the other members of our family had been cancelled from parasailing because of the high winds. We spent the rest of the afternoon snorkling in the cove and had a blast.

My kids start school tomorrow, Tuesday. I can not believe summer is over. It seems so short.

Oh well, it was just a taste for our next cruise....I have that to look forward to. If anyone has any questions, let me know!

I was listening to a Philly radio station the other day and they were talking about a new pirate museum and restaurant in Key West. Pirate's Soul is the name, owned by Pat Croce, http://www.piratesoul.com/news_detail.aspx?id=18. They are opening the restaurant hopefully at the end of the year...Just in time for us!

We are going to check it out (if Key West survives the hurricane season this year....way too crazy)...It looks like a great way to get in the mood for Pirates Night. Showed DH the website, and we are psyched, it really looks cool... Has anyone seen anything written about it on the boards yet?

I would think since she knows they are our friends, to set us up together, but without the other party's info I don't know if she could connect them to us.. Lucky Ducky, enjoy! When you get back get the cruise reservation #s from your party, call DCL and have them link for dining. Makes it so much easier than waiting til you get onboard. Also if you have a rotation you like you can ask for that at the same time.

Hi Fawn,

We are a family of 4, Me, DH, and 2 DS's, 17 and 13 (celebrating 14th bday on the ship). Should be a wild group at The Stack with all our kids. Wonder if there is a way we can get them talking before the trip. Then they are all like old friends. Maybe they can start a teens board for the cruise...Something to think about...

I was planning our excursions this week, but now with this newest hurricane being a Cat 4 today, I'm putting it on hold. Not sure if the ports will be open by our cruise time if they get hit really hard...

Anyway, welcome to the group!!!

I was hearing that it might not be fair the way the cards are being handed out. I'm hoping by our cruise the bugs will be worked out. I am wondering if Coz will be one of our stops. I did send a email to book the excursion we want to take. I'm just hoping that we are a go.

I'm also wondering about the staggered dinner thing...seems like they are trying many new things to "improve". I requested late seating, and that our last restaurant be Lumiere's. I can't seem to find a rotational schedule if this is what we get. I thought it was going to be LAPLAPL, but I saw that someone had LPALPAL...I'm just curious....

We're still not sure what we are going to do. :confused3 :confused3 We are going down early to visit with family, then driving to the port. If we drive, it is something like 20hrs on the road. :hourglass If we fly we have to rent a van for a few days and return it at the port. We spend so much at the airport too...might be cheaper to just drive. I looked into the auto train, but it is really expensive :earseek: :earseek: ...so we are still trying to figure out the money cost vs. the time cost...and see what we like better   :headache:

We have gone down early and stayed at the world and useed DCL Transportation, and we have gone down and rented a car and stayed at the port...both were ok. My preference was the car rental...it gave us more options.

We have also booked a late flight on Saturday once, and spent the day at NASA...who knew it would be 3 days past the big shuttle explosion. Was really eerie and sad. Made a really poignant page in my cruise memories, and in scrapbook. :guilty:

Hi vvblue :wave2: ,

We have a bday in our group too. :bday: Were you asked when you booked if you had a celebration? In the past we were asked by the room hostess, and the server what day we wanted to celebrate it. They had a cake at dinner, and sang to my son. :cake: One time we had a ton of towel animals all over the room...but the best time was the last time. When we got back to the room, our hostess had balloons, a banner, streamers, AND all the towel animals...my son was thrilled! :goodvibes We also took the left over cake back and put it in the fridge and had it as a snack the next day. :smooth:

I bring the gift with me, and we do that in the room before dinner. :love2: When he was smaller I also took one of those Happy Bday banners with us and some tape. I made him wear it like a Miss America sash. On the way to dinner, cast members and other passengers kept asking if it was his bday, and telling him happy bday. He felt a little embarrassed, but really important.

He is too old to wear the sash this cruise...but it sure was fun....I'm going to decorate the door this cruise, and on that day will put the banner there. :rotfl:

Hello all, long time no write so I thought I would check in. Our entire group is ready for our Magical adventure! Just to re-introduce myself, I am Stephanie and will be traveling with DH & DS(12), along with 2 other families. All together our group consists of 6 adults and 5 boys ages 13, 12, 10, 9 & 8.

We (just my family) are flying into Jacksonville on Friday (at least I hope we are - we have tickets on Independence....please please please find a buyer!!!) where we will get a one way rental car from Hertz and spend the night in Palm Coast with parents. We will then meet up with everyone else on the ship on Saturday. We will then do the same thing on the way back home with our flight back to VA on Sunday afternoon.

I checked disneycruise.com today and does everyone know that we are now scheduled for a day in Nassua? The Western prior to ours is going to Costa Maya instead of Cossumel and we get Nassua. Boy do I hope that changes!!!!

Well I will say so long for now.

I am a little late to the dance here -- but, I just saw the Nassau substitution this morning and I am p***ed!!! I just submitted a form on the Disney website. I actually tried to keep it nice. But I let them know that I am very disappointed with the substitution of Nassau. I too suggested that I would prefer 2 days at CC than going to Nassau and I think many would agree based on the excitement that I see on the DIS when there is are 2 stops at CC.

My sister's family and I booked this trip onboard the Magic. We were on a Western that time too. We loved the Magic and loved the ports which is why we booked Western again. Although I give DCL credit for not returning before they think it's ready (NCL, CCL, RCCL, and Princess are already scheduled to return), I think Nassau is a poor choice for a substitution. Personally, that's a big part of the reason that we book the 7 day instead of going on the Wonder. I think splitting a vacation between the parks and a 4 day cruise is a perfect combination, but I just don't care to go to Nassau.

At least getting on our roll call it made me feel better to see that I am not the only one that was disappointed with the switch. Maybe there is hope that DCL will change it again??? :confused3

Not sure if I want to do that same excursion. We have never done the dolphin thing, so I'm thinking that might be the way to go this time. Atlantis is beautiful, but not being able to use the water stuff is kind of disappointing. Anyone want to go havzies on a room for the day? :rotfl:

Thank you for your e-mail.

We truly regret the disappointments you have expressed with the itinerary of
your upcoming voyage. It is our goal to offer a cruise experience that meets the Disney standards of excellence and provides the type of magical vacation our guests have come to expect.

As you are aware, Hurricane Wilma passed directly over Cozumel. While Cozumel is involved in its recovery, we will be unable to call on this port. Nassau has always been a popular port with our guests and it fits nicely with the itinerary. Unfortunately due to the port availability, we are not able to offer the alternate ports of call you have suggested.

Knowing there will be times when we may have to change itineraries due to
conditions outside our control, we inform our guests prior to sailing through the Cruise Contract and Terms & Conditions section of our brochures and website about the possibility of itinerary changes.
However, your concerns regarding our contingency plans and the way the itinerary change was handled have been taken very seriously. Please be assured, though, that we will continue to strive to provide our
guests with the finest vacation and entertainment experiences, and we are very grateful for your valuable input to help us achieve that goal.

As Cozumel continues the recovery process, we will monitor the island's progress closely and may need to make further changes to our itineraries as we are committed to providing our guests with a wonderful cruise vacation. Please continue to check our website for updates.

We look forward to sailing with you in January and providing an excellent cruise
experience.

Sincerely,

Jennifer
Disney Cruise Line Guest Communications

After much discussion, :grouphug: we have finally decided what we are doing on Nassau. I called DCL and we are expected to dock at 1100. Too late to do the one excursion that I was going to book. :confused3 My kids aren't much into just laying on the beach, so we are going to Atlantis. :cool1: They will love the pools and the slides...Like a water park, and that to them is a vacation. Since we can't do the scuba/snorkel thing on Cozumel this time, I think this will be great for them...

I didn't want to risk waiting to see if we could get a day room, since we are arriving so late, so I booked at the Comfort Suites. :cool1: We probably wont even see the room, but it will get us into the fun stuff at Atlantis.  This actually ended up being cheaper than booking the Atlantis DCL excursion for the 4 of us, go figure. :confused3 Even though we are on our own for lunch and transportation. DH kept saying it seems too good to be true. Now we are excited about Nassau too :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Good Morning - I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. We had a dusting of snow Wednesday night and it was fun watching it come down. Ofcourse I could enjoy it since I didn't have to go anywhere!

It's called "Rays, Reef, and Rum Point". It goes to Stingray Sand Bar, Barrier Reef to snorkel, and Rum Point Beach for lunch, more snorkel, and beach time. Cost is $60 for adults. We have done the Disney Excursions on our last cruises :crowded: , and this time I wanted to try something ...ummmm... well, smaller :teeth: .

I just saw on another post how different DIS cruisers have worn things to identify each other :grouphug: . The color of the DIS boards is lime green, and some had pins made, others had tee shirts, and some had those rubber bracelets made. One that caught my eye was the Disney paint chips from Home Depot in lime green made into pins.

Anyone interested in doing something like this so we can introduce ourselves when we are at the terminal, and onboard? I know I'll be making some paint chips into magnets for the door, along with my door signs, but it would be cool to be able to say Hi to the other DISers :wave2:

I am not a good organizer but I am a GREAT follower. I am interested but have no idea how to start. I was planning on bringing magnet letters, spelling our names, for the door.

Wonderful! We have lower reserved seating. I was told the bathroom is on the lower level so my Mom won't have to do many steps. Did you get a room? Are the seats preassigned? Should we bring snacks? Do you mind if I keep asking ?????????

I'm making door signs using the magnetic signs that I got at Walmart. I will have extra, so I can use my xyron to make the paint chips sticky, stick them on the magnetic sheet, and then cut them out. It would probably be easy to do the same kind of thing to make pins with them too.

I don't mind being an organizer...or as DH calls me "an instigator". I could put in an order for something if you guys are interested. I looked at the DIS shop and they have a few things listed, but when I tried the email to ask for availability, the mail was returned... :confused3

Hi Ya'll

I'm sure I checked in here a few months ago probably, but I'll re-introduce myself. I'll be on the cruise with 3 daughters (22, 16, 15).

Anybody have any info on the rooms at the Radisson. I just checked, and they are a LOT higher than last year! We paid 119 then, and today the cheapest was 169??

Are you having a meet somewhere?

ddavis860
12-02-2005, 07:09 AM
I was pricing how much the pins would cost for me to make vs. having an order of those silicone wristbands with something like "Magic Western Cruise 1/28/06" (I think it will all fit). The cost is actually higher for me to make pins, even with my Mike's discount. :confused3 Anyone interested in having green bracelets made? Bands are about $1.00 each plus shipping from the company that was used by another board member. Depending on how many you need, an addressed stamped envelope might be enough to get them shipped off to you. PM me if you have any questions.

As for the Cruise Meet, we could meet on Deck 10 Midship before the Drill...say at 3:00 just to say Hi? That seems to be what others have done, and seems to work out OK. Any other ideas? :grouphug:

That sounds great! I will get a box of bubbles to pass out.

Yay, I love doing to bubble thing too!!

The sizes of the bracelets are:

Large: 8 3/8"
Med: 7 3/8"
Child: 5 7/8"

The minimum order is 20 of each size. $1.00 each and .13 shipping from the company (I priced a count of 60).

Anyone have a catchy phrase? There is a limit of 25 characters and spaces. We can't use "Disney", copyright stuff, but others have used "Dizney". Or a play on Magic...like MAGICal Cruise 1/28/06...

I'd like to put the order in around 12/26, but I need to make sure the company is open during that week, We might have to change the cut off date. That gives a few weeks to get them shipped and then for me to mail them. If I ordered them today, the estimated arrival date is 12/15, about a 2 week turn around. We are leaving early before the cruise to visit family, so I need to mail them by 1/16. That gives almost 2 weeks for them to get to everyone.

So, I guess the next step is PM me what sizes you want, and how many of each size. Then I'll PM back my address and you can send me a check or use paypal. Is that OK with everyone?

A bomb just dropped on the live trip report 12/3/05 board that they have been changed from Nassau to Costa Maya. They found out at embarkation. :faint: DH thought I was going crazy when I went for the phone to call DCL so fast. And guess what, the DCL rep had no idea it happened. The girl put me on hold 2x, trying to get information. The answer I got was that "At this time there is no plan to change any of the ports already booked." But I was told I can call as often as I want to see if ours has changed. If she didn't know till I called, the day after the 12/3 sailing, then how will she know when I call before I leave? :confused3

Hi Disneydeb,

I didn't know that there was a ladies night. Interesting...hmmmmm....

I will be putting in an order for bracelets if you are interested...there is a post from 12/2 has the info...

As for going to Nassau, the folks on the 12/3 Western got a surprise and are now going to Costa Maya instead. I called DCL and the rep wasn't aware of the change... :confused3

Bumping...

Anyone else with a catchy phrase for the wristbands? So far there are 2 votes for "MAGICal Cruise 1/28/06". :goodvibes

The cutoff for orders will be 12/26. Since the turn around time is 2 weeks from the company, and I want to make sure I can mail them to everyone in time.

So, if you are interested bracelets, PM me with how many you want of each size. :flower:

Costa Maya !!!! :earseek: ohhhhhhhhh I sooooooooooooooo hope we go there instead of Nassau.... ( keeping fingers crossed ) :worship:

a meet sounds great but we are always the last ones on the ship.. :rotfl: we spend the day in disney until we have like 30 minutes left before the ship leaves without us.. :teeth: maybe we can do a later meet or a second meet for all of us unorganized people... :rolleyes1

bracelets sound really nice... I will see if hubby is willing to wear 1.. maybe we can get a special color for our kids so they know each other too.. or just the green will do and we can inform them what it means.. as for the logo can you get "dis" in there somewhere?? DisMagicalCruise 1/28/06 or something?? :confused3

does anyone know, can we reserve like a meetig area or room on the ship?? if we have enough people maybe they will give us 30 minutes or someting..

The company will do both sides of the band for the same price, but each side has a limit of 25 total, characters and spaces...

MAGICal Cruise 1/28/06 on one side? Something DIS on the other? Or DIS-MAGICal Cruise on one side, and the date on the other? Any other ideas?

As for the meet, it can be whenever is the best time for everyone. I was going by what I have read on the other meets. If I was at the World though, I would be missing the meet too!
