Well, I'm just off the phone to Disney Dining - and I've made our first PS!!!!! :jumping1: :hyper: :hyper:

Our CM was called Mia - she was sligtly stunned when I told her we were a party of 14, but we got what we wanted. Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, 11.00am, 4th April!!!!!

I just love talking to Disney on the phone....... :cloud9:

I rang to make reservations for hoop dee doo - my first EVER experience of ringing Disney and to be honest it wasn't very nice. I couldn't get through to an operator the first time I rang and had to ring back. After ignoring the press this button blah blah eventually I got a real person. She sounded utterly uninterested and when I said I wanted to make a reservation, she said 'what date?' when I replied August she said ' you can't book that yet'. I said that it was for the hoop dee doo and she said 'oh, ok then', she proceeded to read off the screen in the most bored voice imaginable, I tried to tell her it was my son's birthday that day but she didn't respond in anyway at all and simply repeated the message about cancellation.

Is this common or was I simply unlucky? :guilty:

DisCharmed, you must have been unlucky. I made about 20 - 30 calls to WDW to book meals / tours this time and all but one CM were a delight to talk to. The only one that wasn't wasn't rude, just not as nice as the others :)

Enjoyed phoning Disney dining so much, I decided to make another PS - this time Bomas for dinner. We have wanted to do Bomas for ages, so we're really looking forward to it - dying to try the Zebra Domes!
