Hi,

I remember a post that listed a website with a way to track your progress.

You could enter your current weight, height and goal weight and you could enter your weight daily. This woman came up with this as she kept track when she was losing weight.

I lost this after updating my computer, can anyone help me get back on track
for 2005?
