View Full Version : Need Help calling a store in Epcot?

Happy New Year to All,
I just did not know where to place this post, so I thought I might begin here.
I purchased a beautiful, ceramic travel mug to give as a Christmas gift during our trip in October.
I purchased this mug in the France Pavillion, and had in shipped to our resort. I just now unwrapped it from the trip to wrap it as a Christmas gift and discovered the black plastic lid had an inside piece broken off. The piece is one that helps hold the lid in place. Now the whole mug is useless.
I would like to try and contact the store, or talk to someone at WDW that may be able to help me. I would like to try and order/receive a new lid. Barring that approach, I would even like to try and purchase a new one.
Can anyone give me a number to call?

try merchandise services 407.363.6200 they do mail order for all of wdw property You may also try to email them (I've never emailed them before, but it's worth a try if you want to avoid the long distance toll) wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com

They maybe able to replace it for you (see if they will cross ship it, you send it to them, while they send you a new one) and if not, you will be able to buy a new one through them.

I think they do not want guests calling the individual stores anymore.

Everything goes hrough mail services. Un less it is from once upon a story at mg.(where you buy those hand-drawn pictures)

Thanks for the email address and telephone number. I sent an email this afternoon, and a CM called me this evening.
Fortunately, I had kept my receipt in my Passporter, and was able to give them the SKU#. The CM said I would be receiving a new one in 10 - 20 days.
I am so pleased with the attentive customer service provided.
