Standard View Requests ??

We are going on the Cruise May 25-June 1, 2002 and then WDW June 1 - 8 2002. I already have our 1br standard view reservation at BWV. I asked for a downstairs room. hate messing with the elevators. Is there any other special requests I should make. Last time we stayed at BWV was before we purchased. We absolutely loved the resort, but we used our points for a 3 day cruise and then we stayed 10 days at OKW last Christmas. This will be our first time at BWV as members. Any help is appreciated.

isn't the bw lobby on the second floor. Just keep that in mind while requesting a 1st floor room. Anyway, I never request anything anymore at bw, I just book a standard view...I like to try different locations and I've never been disappointed!

The lobby is on the second floor. So if you enter from the parking lot to the lobby, you will be on the second floor and have to go down one if your room is on the first floor. If you are entering from the Boardwalk, there is a door near the swimming pool that is on the first floor. I believe there is another door on the far end of the building from the parking lot area that would be on the first floor (near the pond).
