Hi, I to are still waiting for a MyPoints GC ordered back in April. I just got an email from MyPoints telling me that another was issued but the next time MyPoints will stick to their policy of not being responsible for lost or stolen GC's. I am sure MyPoints had some kind of problem back in April but it's to bad they won't acknowledge it. They rather blame their members. I saw your message that they re-issued a GC to you. Can you do me a favor and let me know when you get your long awaited GC... Thanks !!!

Sure, I'll let you know, but I don't think it will be any time soon! :(
They said they would re-issue one and I should get it in 2-4 weeks.....well, its now been 6 weeks....and NOTHING! I have sent them emails and all I get is this response:

been resolved, and thank you for your patience. Don't worry, we have not
forgotten about you! Your personal Member Care Associate will be
contacting you soon concerning this matter.
Well, my personal Member Care Associate STILL has not got back to me! :mad:

I got my long awaited GC yesterday. The letter attached stated that this was my lost GC so I know it was the replacement from the one I ordered on 4/22/2001. I hope you get yours soon !!! Thanks
