Relax, you'll be fine :-) I wouldn't take any kind of drug or drink alcohol, the effects are exagerated on an airplane. Instead, bring your Walkman with some soothing music to listen to after you have reached cruising altitude, pay attention to the flight attendents directions, and if possible, get some sleep.

I use Earplanes to reduce pressure problems with my ears, they also cut down on the level of white noice in the plane.

I make sure that air blower thingy above my head is blowing full steam at me/my face. I tend to get a little nervous when flying also & start to sweat and/or feel like tossing (I know, how attractive). I chew gum, listen to music - once ya get up there, no problems mon. I also like to check out all the people. ENJOY YOURSELF & YOUR TRIP!!!:smooth: :D
