boats at OKW for DD

Am I the only member who rides these things - twice during Thanksgiving week we rode this boat and both times I was the only member on it.....

Some were even staying off-site.

Someone please tell me that they also love this boat ride.

Now some were staying at OKW - but several were not staying on WDW property at all.

We ride it, I love Disney transportation boat rides. Sometimes we just go back and forth, OK, there's a purpose, trying to use time, I'm really not that easy to please! There were also DVCers who were staying off site the last time we rode it as well.

One evening last week we got to the OKW boat dock just as the boat was pulling away. We lost track of time - we were on vacation :)! We took the bus to DTD, ate at Earl of Sandwich (very good especially for the price), shopped & took the boat back to OKW about 9:30 that evening. The boat was pretty full.

it's relaxing and always pretty....beats the bus in that way.
I miss the old boat, though. The seats were much comfier. :flower1:

I think DVC heard that - there are nice big cushions on most of the seats now and for your back too.

We love the boat and ride it as often as we can. This past trip we made at least 3 trips over to DTD, and each time we took the boat. There were a several others from OKW on it, but not too many from SSR.
