New EA User question

I will be using EA for the first time in Sept. When I put in my ressie, I used the DC coupon and contract numbers.

What do I need to have with me when I pick up the car besides my EA and DC cards? Do I need the actual coupon from the DC membership kit?

yes the actual coupon....along with your cards (disney club and EA)

plus i would take print outs of your confirmation

be ready to show you drivers' licence too even though they have it on file..(the number that is)

You can also print out a coupon at the DC web site if you cannot find or have already used the one mailed to you by the DC.

I just checked the DC web site and cannot find the coupon you mentioned. Do you know where it is? Or do I just print out the page that I found the coupon offer on?

Lawgs: I know you are quite the experienced National Car - Emerald Aisle expert: I joined EA for free thru Biztravel. Whenever I log on - it automatically puts the Biztravel number in instead of the EA code. Can you please tell me how to change it?? I am going crazy trying to figure it out. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! call the EA number you have

and have them put in the EA code....in your profile

that is the same thing that happened to us when we first started

so now we have EA code come up everytime....

if you do not have the number i will post it....for you
