Robot at Inoventions

Could someone on the boards help me? I would like to build a robot like the one in Inoventions. I am talking about the little robot on the top of the sign post as you enter.

I have been searching the web but I have found nothing like that. If any one knows of where to get robot kits or parts or could help me out, I would appreciate it.

It is a small robot, about 8" tall. He in on top of the street sign as you enter Inoventions west. I will try to find a picture.
